EVOLVE is a business launch program created by 445 Group together with a network of experienced partners. It is designed for people worldwide who have strong skills and ideas but need clear guidance on how to set up and launch a real business. The program runs over two months and includes seven structured modules. Each module includes a textbook, a workshop, and a one-to-one session. By the end, participants have everything needed to launch properly: a business plan, marketing strategy, branding, website, and a clear 90-day action plan.

Each module follows the same structure. First, you complete a textbook in your own time (usually 8 to 10 hours) to learn the theory. Then you attend a workshop focused on practical exercises, discussion, and applying what you learned, often with guest experts. Finally, you have a one-to-one session that is tailored to your business, your goals, and your next steps. This runs across seven modules, from idea stage to launch preparation.

You leave with more than just an idea. You finish with a complete business plan, market analysis, a clear sales and marketing approach, branding, a website and digital presence, and a detailed 90-day plan so you know exactly what to do after launch. You also leave with clarity and confidence about what you are building and how to execute it.

In reality, you do not really leave EVOLVE. Once you finish the program, you become part of the EVOLVE community with continued access to support, events, networks, and partner services. Tangibly, you finish with seven textbooks, seven workshops completed, and seven one-to-one advisory sessions, plus your business plan, marketing and sales strategy, and a 90-day action plan.

It is not mandatory. If you are committed and sure you are going ahead, registering early can make sense, but it is not a deal breaker. You can still join and make progress even if you have not registered yet.
