Michael Al Ahmad is the founder of 445 Group and the Program Lead for EVOLVE. He works with founders, operators, and growing businesses to turn ideas into functioning, revenue-ready companies, not slide decks or theory.

Michael’s background sits firmly in execution. He has worked inside startups and scaleups, leading operations, recruitment, delivery, and growth from a COO and operator perspective. His focus has always been on building systems that work in the real world, with real people, budgets, and constraints.

At EVOLVE, Michael leads the full program structure and delivery. His role is to make sure participants do not just learn how business works, but actually leave with a working business. That means clear positioning, solid foundations, and decisions that hold up once money, customers, and pressure enter the picture.

Joe Land is the founder of Social Land, a UK-based marketing agency that helps businesses go from “this’ll do” marketing to brands that stand out and actually get taken seriously.

At EVOLVE, Joe supports founders with the practical side of launching a business, not theory. His focus is on helping people turn an idea into something real: a brand that looks professional, communicates clearly, and can actually attract customers.

Vicky Cojocari leads community and partnerships at EVOLVE, ensuring participants have a structured, supportive, and high-quality experience from onboarding through to launch and beyond.

She brings over a decade of experience in high-end sales and luxury markets, where attention to detail, trust, and long-term relationships are non-negotiable. Alongside her commercial background, Vicky is also a qualified sommelier, a detail that reflects her wider approach to EVOLVE: thoughtful, precise, and deeply people-focused.

At EVOLVE, Vicky is responsible for how the community actually functions. She works closely with participants, partners, and the core team to make sure the experience feels professional, well-run, and human, not like a course or a faceless program.

George Draper is the Chief Operating Officer at RevCards, a UK-based company helping businesses build trust and visibility through simple, in-the-moment Google reviews.

George brings over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, having worked both agency-side and in-house with growing businesses. That background gives him a clear view of what actually drives revenue for service-based and local companies: visibility, credibility, and friction-free systems that customers actually use.

At EVOLVE, George focuses on the operational side of building a business that looks credible from day one. His work helps founders understand how reputation, reviews, and online visibility feed directly into customer trust and buying decisions, especially in competitive local markets.

Sabrina Monachello is the CEO of Source Pay, where she leads the business in delivering compliant, borderless payroll solutions for companies hiring internationally. Source Pay supports organisations at every stage of growth by removing the complexity from global employment - covering everything from payroll and compliance to reporting and ongoing workforce support.

Cosmin is a senior IT consultant within 445 Group, supporting clients and EVOLVE founders with the technology foundations that keep a business running securely and reliably.

With over 15 years’ experience, Cosmin specialises in setting up and managing IT infrastructure across hardware, software, and security. His work focuses on building systems that are fit for purpose, easy to maintain, and appropriate for the size and stage of the business, without unnecessary complexity.

At EVOLVE, Cosmin supports participants with the technical decisions that often get overlooked until they become problems. His role is to make sure founders launch with IT systems that protect their data, support day-to-day operations, and continue working properly once the business is live.
